Process and document automation

Paper-and-chat routine is replaced by processes that run themselves.

from 20,000 ₽per automation scenario

What's included

  • Electronic document workflow and templates
  • Integrations with 1C, banks and government services
  • Bots instead of manual replies
  • Approvals and procedures inside the system
  • Data sync between systems

How it works

We find the points where a person copies data by hand and remove them: integrations, rules, notifications.

Tech stack

  • 1C
  • YuKassa
  • grammY
  • n8n
  • integration APIs

Where we look for routine

  • Data is copied from 1C into a spreadsheet by hand every week
  • Invoices and acts are re-typed between the bank and the accounting system
  • Leads from chats and email are triaged manually
  • Approvals live in message threads and get lost

What happens after rollout

  • Systems sync with each other automatically
  • Documents are generated from templates and sent without manual work
  • The scenario is documented: who does what and in which order
  • Errors show up in a log instead of vanishing in a chat

Frequently asked questions

How much does automation cost?

An automation scenario — from RUB 20,000. The total depends on the number of systems and steps: we map the process first, then name the exact price.

Which systems do you integrate with?

1C, banks, YooKassa, Telegram, email, CRMs (amoCRM, Bitrix24), n8n. If a system has an API we connect to it; if not, we find a workaround or build a connector.

Do we have to replace our accounting system?

No. We usually keep 1C as is and build around it: data flows through API or scheduled exports, nothing needs migrating.

Which routine eats your team's time?

Describe the process — we will show what can be automated and how much it costs.
