Harness: an AI assistant for the team

A personal AI agent that knows your documents and systems and takes routine work off your team.

from 49,000 ₽setup; subscription from RUB 15,000/mo

What's included

  • An agent for roles: management, sales, support, operations
  • A knowledge base built from your documents and policies
  • Integrations with email, calendar, CRM and 1C
  • Role-based access and an action log
  • Agent updates and AI usage included in the subscription within the plan limit

How it works

First we find where the team loses time and run a pilot on 1–3 scenarios. Then we connect the systems, set permissions and develop the agent on a subscription.

Tech stack

  • LLM
  • RAG
  • integration APIs
  • action audit

Who it is for

  • Management: a brief on email, tasks and numbers without manual collection.
  • Sales: client cards, follow-ups and draft proposals.
  • Support: answers from the knowledge base with the source shown.
  • Operations: documents, reports and repetitive assignments.

What Harness is

Harness (the English word for “tack”) is the layer around a language model: tools, memory, access, rules and an action log. A model without a harness can only answer in text; a model with a harness can do work inside your systems.

In plain words: the model is the “brain”, and the harness is the “hands, memory and rules” that let it use email, CRM, calendar and the knowledge base without exceeding its permissions.

What the agent does every day

Morning brief

Collects email, calendar, tasks and important events into a short brief: what happened, what is urgent, what can wait.

Documents and emails

Finds what is needed in the knowledge base and drafts emails, contracts and proposals using your templates.

CRM and requests

Pulls up the client card, records call outcomes, creates tasks and reminders — no manual copying.

Reports and numbers

Turns data from spreadsheets and systems into a clear report without waiting for an analyst or assembling exports by hand.

Employee support

Answers questions about policies and products, shows the source of the answer and hands complex cases to a person.

Control and security

Works by role, keeps an action log, and performs risky operations only with human confirmation.

Pricing: setup + subscription

The subscription already includes agent updates, AI usage within the plan limit and support. Setup is paid separately — it covers configuration, integrations and the pilot.

Subscription and terms

What the subscription includes

  • Agent updates: prompts, tools and models — changed without a separate invoice.
  • AI usage: tokens and infrastructure within the plan limit.
  • Monitoring: we see errors, delays and answer quality, not you.
  • Support: questions, incidents and small improvements.

How the market looks

Ranges based on public offers: each format solves a different problem, so we compare the boundaries, not just the price.

The ranges are our indicative observations of public offers, not a verified price list. Vendors differ in terms, limits and data requirements — check current prices with the provider. We do not promise to “replace everyone”: the agent removes routine, people keep the decisions.

Security and control

The agent gets only the access it needs for the task. Everything else stays closed.

  • Roles and permissions: each employee has their own set of tools and data.
  • Action log: you can see what the agent requested, what it did and what it based an answer on.
  • Secrets never go into prompts: keys are stored separately and accessed by policy.
  • Risky operations require human confirmation: sending money, deletions, mass changes.
  • Model choice: keep data in Russia (YandexGPT/GigaChat) or use international models.
  • We choose providers with training on data disabled where available; terms depend on the selected model. Anonymisation is available when needed.

How the rollout works

    Task review

We look at where the team loses time: email, documents, CRM, reports. We pick 1–3 scenarios with fast value.

  2. 02

    Pilot

We assemble the agent, connect the knowledge base and tools, and test it on real tasks for 2–3 weeks.

  3. 03

    Integrations and roles

We connect CRM/1C/calendar, set permissions and the action log, and train the team.

  4. 04

    Subscription and development

We update the agent, monitor quality, add scenarios and report monthly.

Frequently asked questions

What is Harness in plain words?

It is the “tack” around a language model: tools, memory, access and rules. Thanks to it, the AI does not just answer in text — it does work inside your systems: finds documents, drafts emails, fills the CRM and builds reports.

How is it different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

A ready assistant is a general per-employee tool: it does not know your processes and has no access to 1C/CRM. Harness is configured for your roles and systems, gets a knowledge base and works by company rules. We update it and pay for the AI as part of the subscription.

What does the subscription include and who pays for the AI?

The subscription includes agent updates, model and infrastructure costs within the plan limit, monitoring, support and scenario development. There is no separate token bill; usage above the limit is charged transparently.

What does “we reply within 8 business hours” mean?

It is a response time: we take the request into work and give a meaningful answer within 8 business hours. It is not the time to fully fix the issue — first we respond and diagnose, then we fix it. Round-the-clock support is a separate option and price.

How much does it cost and how long does setup take?

Pilot — from RUB 49,000 setup and from RUB 15,000/mo, 2–3 weeks. Team — from RUB 120,000 and from RUB 39,000/mo, 3–5 weeks. Department is quoted individually. The exact price depends on integrations and the number of roles.

How secure is it?

Access is role-based, every action goes to a log, secrets are not sent into prompts, and risky operations require human confirmation. You can choose a model with data in Russia (YandexGPT/GigaChat) or an international one.

Do we have to replace our CRM or 1C?

No. We connect to what already works via APIs or exports. If there is no API, we find a workaround or build a connector — but we do not migrate the accounting system itself.

Want to test Harness on your own task?

We will run a pilot on one process: no large upfront payment and no promises to “replace everyone”. Start with 2–3 weeks.
